For your greatest convenience, you do not have to be present during your hygienic reset. Please be sure to provide proper instructions on entering & exiting your space.
A hygienic reset can average between 1-6 hours depending on the complexity of the job.
No speed cleaning is offered to uphold the integrity of service.
3000 Cleaning offers hygienic resets for multiple properties at discounted rates. Weekly & monthly retainer plans are available. This would be discussed in detail during quoting phase.
In the absolute RARE occasion that you aren’t satisfied with your 3000 Cleaning - Hygienic Reset, we promise to immediately follow up with a revision cleaning.
In the absolute RARE occasion that property is damaged during a hygienic reset, 3000 Cleaning takes full responsibility for reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods.
•At this time, no carpet-upholstery-mattress deep cleaning is offered. We do provide highly rated & trusted sources if needed.
•No exterior cleaning, no usage of ladders over 6 steps, no ceiling cleaning.
•No cleaning of bio-hazardous substances such as feces, blood, vomit, etc.
•All sales are final. One reschedule is allowed. In the absolute rare occasion that we cannot service you after receiving payment, we refund you in full.
•The right to refuse service is reserved. The right to cancel service due to inaccurate quote-form info is reserved.
•No malicious pets are allowed during cleaning, no exceptions. You forfeit your cleaning if this happens.
•You must disclose that you have surveillance on your property for the safety of 3000 Cleaning & yours.
